Calm Anxiety
Learning To Trust Yourself Again
Understand anxiety. Respond with confidence. Make more room for life.
When your mind keeps anticipating problems, replaying conversations or asking “what if?”, it can be difficult to switch off. You may find yourself feeling tense, unsettled or caught up in thoughts you would rather leave alone.
Calm Anxiety is a self-paced programme bringing together practical understanding and guided hypnotherapy to help you develop a calmer, more confident response to anxiety.
Rather than asking you to think positively or force yourself to relax, the programme helps you understand what is happening, recognise patterns that can keep worry going, and explore more helpful ways to respond. It is not about achieving perfect calm. It is about feeling better equipped when anxiety appears, so it has less influence over how you live.
Understanding you can put into practice
The Calm Anxiety Guide provides explanations and practical strategies you can return to whenever you need them. Read the written guide at your own pace, or listen to the chaptered audio version of the Guide when that fits more easily into your day.
Alongside the guide, the hypnotherapy recordings offer dedicated time to pause and practise settling into a calmer state. Choose from four different themes, each available in daytime and night-time versions. There is no need to work through all eight recordings—choose the experience that appeals to you and return to it as often as you wish.
Your programme includes
- The Calm Anxiety Guide: a downloadable PDF to read and revisit.
- The Spoken Guide: a chaptered M4B audiobook, allowing you to select sections and resume listening in a compatible audiobook app.
- Eight hypnotherapy recordings: four themes, each with a daytime and nighttime version, supplied as MP3 downloads.
- A welcome video: an introduction to the programme and how to begin.
A flexible collection to use at your own pace, with resources you can return to as you put what you learn into practice.
Calm Anxiety is a self-help programme, not a substitute for individual medical or psychological care. Only listen to the hypnotherapy recordings somewhere safe to relax, never while driving or operating machinery.
