The Hypnos Solutions online programmes have been created to help you work with the deeper, automatic patterns that can influence how you feel, think and respond — so you can begin making positive changes from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

Everything you need to work through the programme at your own pace
Each Hypnos Solutions programme gives you a combination of information, guidance and hypnosis recordings that you can return to whenever you need them.
Your programme includes:
- The programme e-book, helping you understand what may be happening beneath the surface and introducing the ideas and approaches you’ll be using.
- The audio book, so you can listen to the programme rather than read it, if you prefer.
- Four specially themed hypnosis recordings, allowing you to choose the approach and language that feels most relevant to you.
- Day and night versions of each hypnosis recording, giving you the flexibility to listen at a time that suits you.
- A welcome video and guidance, explaining how to get started and how to use the programme effectively.
- You’ll be encouraged to choose one hypnosis recording initially and listen to it regularly, allowing the words, ideas and experience to become increasingly familiar.
There is no need to rush through the programme. It has been designed for you to use in your own time, in your own space and at your own pace.
Feel Free
Make the evening drink a choice again
Perhaps you finish work or the end of a tiring day and find yourself reaching for a drink almost automatically. You may have decided earlier that tonight would be alcohol-free, but when the familiar hour arrives, having a drink feels like the obvious next step.
Feel Free is for adults who want to change a pattern of daily or near-daily drinking. It helps you understand why that evening drink has become part of your routine and what it may be giving you: a way to switch off, a reward or a signal that the day is over.
The programme combines a Companion Guide, hypnotic recordings and an Action Plan to help you pause before you pour, find other ways to meet that need and practise a different evening response.
Feel Free can help you:
- recognise the times, places and feelings that prompt an automatic drink
- ask what you are hoping the drink will give you
- plan alcohol-free evenings before the urge arrives
- create a satisfying way to mark the end of the day
- make your chosen response easier through small changes to your routine
- use the recordings to rehearse pausing and choosing
The aim is to help evenings without alcohol feel more natural, while leaving you free to enjoy a drink when you genuinely choose one.
Sleep Well
Help your mind and body rediscover how to switch off
You can be exhausted and still find yourself wide awake.
Your body may be ready for sleep, while your mind continues reviewing the day, planning tomorrow, solving problems or wondering whether you are ever going to fall asleep.
And the harder you try to make sleep happen, the further away it can seem.
Sleep Well has been designed to help take some of that effort and pressure away.
The programme helps you understand some of the patterns that can interfere with sleep and introduces ways of encouraging your mind and body back towards a calmer, more natural relationship with bedtime and rest.
The hypnosis recordings provide an opportunity to practise letting go, settling and allowing sleep rather than trying to force it.
Sleep Well can help you:
- create a calmer transition between your day and bedtime
- reduce some of the mental activity associated with trying to sleep
- change unhelpful thoughts and expectations around sleep
- develop more helpful bedtime associations
- encourage physical and mental relaxation
- rebuild confidence in your natural ability to rest
Sleep is something your mind and body already know how to do.
Sleep Well is designed to help you give them the conditions in which they can do it more easily.
Calm Anxiety
Feel calmer when your mind has learned to expect danger
Anxiety can make your world feel smaller.
You may find yourself anticipating what could go wrong, replaying conversations, overthinking decisions or noticing uncomfortable physical sensations that make you even more anxious.
Sometimes you know logically that you are safe — but your body doesn’t seem to have received the message.
That is because anxiety isn’t simply a logical response.
Calm Anxiety has been created to help you understand and work with the automatic responses involved in anxiety, while helping your mind and body experience a greater sense of safety and calm.
Through the programme and hypnosis recordings, you can begin practising different responses to situations that may previously have triggered worry, tension or fear.
Calm Anxiety can help you:
- understand why anxious responses can feel so automatic
- recognise patterns that may be keeping anxiety going
- reduce habitual overthinking and anticipation
- practise calmer responses to familiar triggers
- strengthen feelings of safety and control
- develop greater confidence in your ability to cope
The aim isn’t to make sure you never experience another worried thought.
It is to help worry take up less space, so that you have more freedom to get on with living your life.
Feel Satisfied
Change your relationship with food without making food the enemy
Eating isn’t only about hunger.
We can eat because we’re tired, stressed, bored, celebrating, comforting ourselves or simply because a familiar situation has triggered a familiar response.
That can make changing eating habits particularly frustrating. You may know exactly what you should do, yet find yourself repeatedly doing something different.
Feel Satisfied has been created to help you explore and change some of the automatic patterns surrounding food, eating and satisfaction.
Rather than focusing purely on rules and restriction, the programme encourages greater awareness of your responses and helps you practise feeling more comfortable, satisfied and in control of your choices.
Feel Satisfied can help you:
- recognise automatic eating patterns and triggers
- distinguish between different reasons for wanting to eat
- become more aware of satisfaction and fullness
- reduce the feeling that you need to fight with yourself around food
- reinforce healthier choices and responses
- develop a calmer and more confident relationship with eating
The goal is not perfection.
It is to help healthier choices begin to feel less like a constant battle and more like something that comes naturally.
Find Ease
Discover more moments of comfort and respite while living with chronic pain
Living with persistent pain can be exhausting.
Pain can demand your attention, making it difficult to relax, enjoy everyday experiences or find a comfortable moment to yourself.
And sometimes it isn’t only the physical sensation that makes things difficult. Muscular tension, worrying about how you might feel later and constantly anticipating discomfort can add another layer to the experience.
Even when you’re receiving appropriate treatment, you may wish there were more you could do for yourself.
Find Ease has been created to help you explore ways of finding greater comfort and respite through gentle self-hypnosis, guided imagery and practical exercises.
Rather than promising to eliminate pain or treat its underlying cause, the programme helps you explore how imagination, attention and relaxation can influence your experience of familiar discomfort. It offers ways to invite soothing sensations, release unnecessary tension and create opportunities for rest alongside your existing healthcare.
Find Ease can help you:
- explore ways of changing how familiar pain feels
- use imagination to encourage soothing sensations of warmth, coolness or comfort
- shift your attention away from discomfort towards more pleasant experiences
- recognise and gently release unnecessary muscular tension
- develop a kinder, more reassuring relationship with your body
- create familiar moments of calm, comfort and respite through guided hypnosis
The goal is not to pretend the pain isn’t there or expect it to disappear completely.
It is to help you discover that even when pain is part of your life, there may still be room for greater comfort, moments of relief and a little more ease.
Present Well
Manage your nerves and share your ideas with confidence
Speaking in front of other people can feel surprisingly daunting.
You may know your subject well and have something genuinely worthwhile to say, yet find yourself worrying about how you’ll come across, whether you’ll forget your words or what people might think of you.
Sometimes the anticipation is worse than the presentation itself. And when nerves take over, it’s easy to conclude that you’re simply not a natural presenter.
But presenting isn’t a personality trait. It’s a skill that can be learned and developed.
Present Well has been created to help you manage your nerves, develop effective presenting skills and feel more confident communicating with an audience.
Rather than focusing purely on overcoming anxiety, the programme combines practical presentation techniques with ways to change unhelpful thinking patterns and respond differently to nervousness. Guided hypnotherapy helps you mentally rehearse the more confident, capable responses you want to develop.
Present Well can help you:
- understand and manage the adrenaline associated with presenting
- recognise and challenge unhelpful thoughts and expectations
- prepare clear, interesting and engaging presentations
- develop more confident delivery through your voice and body language
- connect with your audience rather than worrying about being judged
- build confidence through mental rehearsal, preparation and practice
The goal is not to eliminate every trace of nervousness or become a flawless performer.
It is to help you develop the skills and confidence to share what you know, so that presenting becomes less like something to survive and more like something you might actually enjoy.
